English Language Requirements for Uk Settlement Visa

If you are in the process of applying for permanent leave to stay on a spouse or partner visa, you may find that your application has been frustrated by the coronavirus pandemic. Centres that process immigration applications in the UK are closed and applicants are unlikely to find approved test centres that are open if they need to prove their knowledge of the English language. However, the test report forms will be slightly different to show that the test passes the test during an IELTS UK visa session.
